1. Our commitment

ComposeRx wants every customer to be able to browse, understand, and

purchase from composerx.com, including customers who use assistive

technology. We build and maintain this site against the Web Content

Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

2. How we work toward it

Accessibility requirements are written into our development

specification and are a condition of acceptance for the site build.

We test with automated tooling on every release, and manually with a

keyboard and with screen reader software.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that do not yet fully conform, and

we are working on them:

  

  • Certain third-party content embedded on our site is outside

     our direct control. We test it and raise defects with those

     Vendors.

 • ComposeRx.com relies on 3rd party apps to deliver the services that elevate your experience on the site and are out of our control.  We test these apps and raise defects with those vendors. If you are having trouble with any of these apps, please email us at accessibility@composerx.com and we will happily help you with whatever you need.

This list is reviewed at each audit.

4. If you have trouble using this site

We would rather hear about a problem than have you go elsewhere.

Email accessibility@composerx.com with the page or feature involved,

what happened, and the assistive technology you were using, if any.

We will acknowledge your message within 10 business days and tell you

what we are doing about it. If our response does not resolve it, reply

and ask for it to be escalated — it will go to the person who owns

accessibility for the site.

5. Another way to order

If any part of the site does not work for you, you can place an order

or ask about our products by email at accessibility@composerx.com. We will help you

place the order, answer product questions, or provide information in

another format at no additional cost.
