COMPOSERX RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from ComposeRx.com, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, contact hello@composerx.com prior to sending products back. We will provide return instructions and a return reference number. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Satisfaction Returns

Products may be gently used. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products showing excessive use, intentional damage, evidence of reseller activity, or suspected fraudulent behavior. For satisfaction returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Defective or Damaged Product Returns

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@composerx.com within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a free return (shipping prepaid by us) and provide either a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, at your option.

4. Where to Return

Returns are limited to products purchased directly through ComposeRx.com. Products purchased through authorized retailers, third-party marketplaces, spas, clinics, or unauthorized resellers must be returned to the original place of purchase under that seller's policy.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the returned product for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.

6. Right to Limit

We reserve the right to limit, deny, or refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, policy manipulation, or fraudulent activity, in each case subject to applicable law.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes; Implied-Warranty Disclaimer

Because skincare products may affect individuals differently, ComposeRx does not guarantee specific cosmetic or skincare outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComposeRx disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law (including under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act). Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights provided by state law.
